Samsung laptop range just got bigger
Samsung laptop fans are celebrating the launch of a string of new models in the popular R-Series.
The Samsung R430 features a 14-inch screen, while the R530 and R580 take things up a notch to 15.6 inches, and the R730 and R780 top the lot at 17.3 inches.
But apart from differences in size, there will be plenty of common ground between the machines.
Each Samsung laptop will boast an HD LED-backlit screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio and the company's sleek Touch of Colour finish.
Phil Brown, general manager of the UK Samsung notebook division, said: "The Samsung R-Series notebooks are the complete all-rounders of the computing world – offering outstanding mobile performance and entertainment in a distinctive Touch of Colour and durable design."
The Samsung laptop range is renowned for its aesthetic appeal.
Last month, TechRadar technology correspondent Tommy Melville said that the matt-black plastic case with silver trim added "a touch of style" to the Samsung X520.
