iPad rival the Dell Streak has just launched across the UK with mobile broadband provider O2. The company is offering the tablet as part of a series of free laptop with broadband deals.

The Dell Streak is a five-inch touchscreen tablet that runs on Google Android OS. The screen boasts a high pixel density making the display extremely sharp and vivid. The screen is also constructed from Gorilla Glass making it tougher than most mobile devices. Not only is the Streak tough, it’s also extremely thin at 10-mm, making it perfect for portability while its WiFi and 3G capabilities make it ideal for accessing the web on-the-go.

The free laptop with mobile broadband deal from O2 is offering the Dell Streak as part of a data-only contract for £25 per month or voice and data services for £35 per month.
